A sister's cry

Miri Faro:
I sit with sharrone a few times a week, and it never feels like its enough. But everytime I am amazed at her strength. i know inside she is dying of pain, pain that BH none of us can feel, the pain of watching someone you love so deeply be hurting and there is almost nothing u can do to take it away from them,. almost as if u are helpless to wait and allow the treatment to take its course.
so I asked Sharrone, what makes you get through from day to day and have the strength and emunah? and she said Miri its all everyones dahvening, challah baking, shirum, hachlatas and so much more. My BINYOMIN got people from England, Israel, South Africa, Australia, America and Canda, to move mountains in shamayim and if we can do this, united as we are, then he will get better and this is what brings moshiach. So basically the point to the storey is that bloging all you do helps sharrone, it gives her the support she needs to know you all are with them on this jorney, and from all we do good will come!

Hachlata time!!!

Ali Bhatia:
It is amazing what everyone is doing and continues to do to speed up Binyamin's recovery, from Tehilim, to challah baking to learnathons, as well as tzedaka ,Binyamins name on posters at mikvahs, shiurim and so much more.... Another great thing everyone can do on an induvidual basis is take on a personal Hachlata, ( a resolution) It could be anything that is meaningful to you and will please G-D make a world of difference to Binyamin Zav Hachonen Ben Sharrone Rivka. So come on! Choose your Hachlata and if its not too personal, tell us about it on the comments.

PS - Helpful Tip: Choose something small that you know you can keep. If you still feel overwhelmed, choose a time limit for it (like 3 months or so) and you can extend it later on or choose a new one

Machsom L'fi

While Shmiras Haloshon is a requirement every day and at all times, focusing specifically on this mitzvah for a set period each day is a proven way to bolster your overall observance. Those who undertake a Machsom L'fi, commit themselves, in conjunction with others, to avoid speaking or hearing loshon hora during a two- hour period each day. This can be done as a powerful merit for someone who is ill, or for anyone that needs Divine mercy.

We are looking for at least 9 people willing to commit for a 2 hour time slot for one week. More participants are welcome since it would be better to have each time slot covered by 2 people just in case someone forgets. The commitment will also include daily learning of the laws of

Shmiras Haloshon(by email , phone or sefer) as well as saying a daily brocha.
Please let me know if you would like to join and I will send you available time slots.
Elana Peikes:
Fellow co-workers and friends of Sharrone are gathering daily during the work day to say the entire tehilim in the zchus that Binyamin zev hakohen has a speedy and complete refuah.
Lorraine Klyman:
The community in Teaneck is quite special. I work at the Mikvah there on the weekends and I asked many of the ladies that were toiveling to Please Daven for Binyomin Zev as they toiveled.

They did it with so much joy and many of them told me that they would daven tehillim for him on a daily basis.
We really have a special and caring community.

Sara Glick (Mottys sister):
All the students in my school- Shaarei Zion- are saying tehillim every day for binyamin. I also am giving my students tzedakah every day to give in Binyamin's zechus.
